Mr. Sushil Yadav is a visionary healthcare entrepreneur with over 15 years of deep experience in patient care and home healthcare services. Born and raised in Delhi, his journey into healthcare was inspired by a personal experience — watching his own family members struggle to access quality nursing care at home after hospitalisation.
Driven by this experience, Sushil founded Shaurya Nursing Home & Home Care Services in 2009 with a mission to bridge the gap between hospital discharge and full recovery at home. Under his leadership, the organisation has grown from a small nursing team to a comprehensive home healthcare provider serving thousands of patients across Delhi NCR.
A firm believer in combining professional expertise with genuine human compassion, Sushil has built a culture at Shaurya where every patient is treated with the same care and respect as a family member. His hands-on approach, attention to quality and dedication to continuous improvement have made Shaurya one of the most trusted names in home healthcare in the region.
